If you’re looking for a real estate agent who actually tells it like it is, Cathy Lepik is your woman. I first bought through her in 2019 and was floored when she pointed out the negatives alongside the positives. Most agents would run a mile from a flaw, but Cathy handled it with total respect for the sellers while being 100% honest with me. Fast forward to my recent sale of the same house I bought from her: she (together with RE agent Mike Reeve) had us under contract in less than 6 weeks. She’s been in the game a long time and it shows—no fluff, constant communication, and she gets the job done and she'll look after you and let you know exactly what's going on instantly.
