Cathy was lovely to deal with sand was able to satisfy us as the buyer and the seller. Only downside was having our keys left at the front door and haven't heard from Cathy since then. It was a big milestone for us so a bit anti climatic. Also the house was not clean at all, the tenant did have to leave as vendor wanted a quick sale but I felt it was pretty dirty. Overall though we got the house we wanted and Cathy helped to make that happen in a competitive market so I'm very happy
