Good agent no pressure

Cathy was great to deal with. As an investor she provided the information required for an educated decision and gave me space to consider our options without usual selling pressure from less skilled agents. I can recommend her as a great agent to buy from and i would ask her to sell if the need arises as i found she always looked after the vendors interests through negotiations.
