We met Cathy when viewing another house she was representing. We found her to be approachable, confident and knowledable without being pushy. Cathy stepped us through the whole process keeping stress levels to a minimum and was always on call if we had any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.
I never once met Cathy, although I did speak to her on the phone. As a first time purchaser, I was disappointed that I didn't get to meet her and the purchase of our house was handled by so many people in the agency. As a consequence of getting information to and from other people, things that should have been repaired or replaced in the house were not, nor was the cost taken off the sale price. Communication was poor in regard to keys and alarms for the house.
