I have purchased a few properties now and I can honestly say Cathy worked just as hard with me (buyer) to ensure all my needs were met. Loved her compassionate and timely advice when needed. She made the process very straight forward which is a great time saver for me! She even took the time to let my contractors/trades in for measurements and fitting advice!
