We owned a unique property with very large house and 7 acres of property comprising manicured lawn and English style gardens. We engaged Walton's as rental agents when we temporarily relocated overseas. Walton's looked after the house as if it was their own and not just another rental commodity as more recognisable agencies tend to. Walton's painstakingly and electronically recorded the property condition before and after each tenant (a process that took 1 day each time). As we were overseas, they engaged insurance and coordinated trades (several times) to repair storm damage. After >2 years we decided to stay overseas longer and sell the house. Walton's simply couldn't do enough for us and with an extremely high level of professionalism, and very impressive negotiation techniques, obtained a great price for us in a relatively short amount of time. I couldn't recommend Walton's enough and would most certainly only engage Walton's next time I'm in their area.
