Cat was an absolute star from the first text to our very quick and extremely successful sale. Cat is delightful to deal with, professional, kind and accommodating. Her communication was second to none. At every point we felt like we had everything we needed to know clearly and patiently explained. We choose Cat because we trusted her and knew that she would give 150%. She delivered in spades, nothing was too much trouble and she was extremely patient was a couple of nervous, inexperienced sellers.
