We originally listed our home with Cayle as an off-market listing while the property was still tenanted and had great numbers through based solely off Cayle’s existing database and contacts. We had a reasonable offer, but once the tenants vacated we had tidied the property a little and decided to decline the offer and proceed to a full on-market listing. Cayle was supportive and backed our decision fully. By this stage, Cayle had already arranged quotes for styling and even negotiated to get us two free weeks over the Christmas/New Year period. He was excellent at arranging the styling and photography very quickly and getting the property listed online in only a couple of days. Cayle was always ahead of the game, making the next move before it was even required. After our first open home we had multiple offers and Cayle was outstanding at communicating and negotiating with all interested parties. He was great at providing feedback, knew each of the potential buyers and their position and was able to advise us on our best options moving forward. He had clearly invested a lot of time making sure we received the best possible offers and ensuring we knew enough about each buyer to feel confident moving forward with the sale. Once we agreed a price and signed contracts Cayle was great at facilitating the pest and building inspection and ensuring things ran smoothly through to settlement. We were kept informed throughout and Cayle was in constant contact. Throughout the entire process we felt Cayle was nothing short of professional, had excellent market knowledge and was great at communicating with all parties and negotiating to get the best possible offer/terms. It is clear Cayle has a wonderful team behind him, backing him up and facilitating all the behind the scenes work to help things progress quickly and smoothly. We truly felt that Cayle was 100% working for us at all times and would definitely recommend Cayle to anybody thinking of selling their home.

Cayle recently sold my property in Wooloowin within 6 days of going to market!! Cayle went above and beyond by responding quickly to getting the property on the market (within 24hrs!), keeping me informed of progress right from when they were appointed, (even my enquiries out of office hours!), assisting with professional fabulous photos (which really attracted people to my home!), helping get my home ready for open homes, and in helping me get out of my home for open homes (as I was incapacitated with a broken foot!).
