Cayle and the Team at McGrath were great. We knew we were taking a risk using an agent that was establishing a foothold in our little-known suburb of Kalinga but Cayle was up for it. Cayle took the time to understand what we were seeking in an agent and the sale of our property. Throughout the campaign Cayle kept us up-to-date with prospective buyers and what the market was saying. In the final days before auction things started to go a little pear shaped with some key buyers. We stressed while Cayle instead took a breath and thought outside the box with a strategy that carried some risk but also the potential to generate a pre-auction sale – an outcome we had all along hoped for and delighted to say got.
