From start to finish Cazz made the sale of my property as easy and stress free as possible. Very professional and knowledgable Cazz provided great advice that helped to ensure a quick sale. Communication was excellent as was the support and assistance she provided. As the review title says I couldn’t be happier.
Cazz was open, honest and down to earth from the get go. She was very professional with her approach and enthusiastic with organising the sale of our house. When ever there was an issue or questions to be answered, she was always happy to discuss at anytime. We will definitely recommend Cazz to our friends and anyone that would be interested in selling their property.
Cazz provided advice on all aspects of the sale including preparation steps to sell, marketing & advertising strategy and presentation of the property tips. Communication was very good between agent and seller, we were informed and updated every step of the way. It was a great result for us and we look forward to the next stage of our lives.
Cazz was extremely thorough and on point with her market knowledge for the selling of our home as well as highly professional. Through Cazz’s tenacity, she sold our home swiftly and made the process fluid and effortless. Cazz was an absolute delight and we’d have no hesitation acquiring Cazz’s services to sell our next home.
We spoke with three agents before selecting Cazz to sell our home. Cazz was very helpful and friendly and worked hard to sell our home for the best price. She obtained a sale price higher than the other two agents stated we would be able to get. We are very happy that we chose Cazz to sell our home.
I would strongly recommend Cazz to anyone looking to sell or purchase property in the Yass and Murrumbateman area. She has complete honesty and a no-bull attitude.

Cazz demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local market and the most appropriate strategy to take for the successful sale of our property. Honest and reliable. Nothing was too much trouble.
Cazz was awesome, helped a lot and made time for us when we required it. Talked through what we wanted and was able to find a property to what we were looking for and what we required
Cazz was always punctual for our viewing appointments (huge plus for us) . Guided us through inspections well & kept us informed. If she couldn’t answer our questions regarding the property immediately she got the answers back to us promptly. Always ready to guide us through the purchasing process.
I found Cazz very approachable and down to earth, we really wanted to avoid the pushy stereotype sales person and am glad we sold our property with Cazz.
