I found that Zoe was very approachable and very helpful. Communication was excellent. Phone calls were always answered or returned within 30 minutes. If I had any questions Zoe would be able to provide the answers or get back to me and if this was taking a while would contact me regularly to inform me that my question was still being addressed until there was an answer.
