Tushar has sold two blocks for us in quick team. I must say he is No 1 agent of Marsden Park. He provides regular updates and is available to talk 24/7. We recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Tushar leads the charge with the sale of our block in Marsden Park. He communicated every step of the way and put together a solid plan to get a better result than I imagined. I would recommend Tushar Virmani to anyone looking to sell. Tushar’s fantastic communications and negotiation skills enable him to achieve a great outcome. Happy experience and we would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. Apart from the sales tactics, Tushar knows the market very well especially in Marsden Park, Schofields, and Box Hill. He is very honest and reliable in terms of his expectation with the sale and he won't rip you off with the selling fees and marketing expense. He tries to save every single penny for the vendor which helps the vendor to achieve the most of it.

Tushar did an appraisal on our property and was honest about how much the property was worth and what he could achieve and assured us that he will deliver the result we want and be transparent throughout this process. Even in lockdown he was persistent and wouldn’t miss any opportunity to get a buyer in to inspect the property. I would highly recommend him, very easy to work with and professional realestate agent.

Easy going , friendly and prompt with his job. I was comfortable dealing with him at all time.
