Tushar was working hard and effectively looking for the buyers of my piece of land in Marsden Park. He has local networks and particular buys groups which works well in the area. He is straight forward and focus on the result. He had spot on knowledge of the property markets and local area.

This is our second transaction with Tushar. He is an honest man down to earth and goes above & beyond in helping us. Tushar helped me to secure this block and is always available to ans our phone. Thank you once again

Great agent! Highly recommended :)

I highly recommend Tushar Vimani as the best agent to buy or sell your new home and land. We recently bought a block of land in Marsden Park from Andrew Merton real estate. Tushar is highly professional, results-oriented approach to sales coupled with his strong knowledge of market trends made the whole process much easier. Tushar's made the overwhelming process of buying land significantly easier, and he did it with a cheerful attitude and a good sense of humour. Tushar is quite flexible and in accommodating last minute requests. He is one of the excellent agents who thinks from the buyer's perspective. In addition to good competitive rates, Tushar is highly ethical and friendly and always respond to phone calls and emails immediately. Overall Great experience in buying.

Tushar is an active and motivated real estate agent. He sold my property in 5 days. He is very scrolled in his profession and he acted very well for buyer and seller.

Thank you Tushar in helping us to achieve this property. We really appreciate that you help us in getting cooling off extension. Tushar was available on phone everyone and answered our queries quickly

Tushar has been a absolute pleasure to deal with he has gone above and beyond to sell our land I would have no hesitation recommending Tushar to anyone that is selling their property.

Tushar was super helpful to us in finalize the land and keeping us to up date with progress and reachable if we had any questions.

My husband & I was just driving past a vacant land in North Kellyville area and saw the board of the sales agent in there. I phoned to inquire about the land. Tushar answered the call. He was interested in my Query & answered all my questions in a very honest & professional way. The same day we decided to make an offer & Tushar negotiated both sides with a very positive & satisfying outcome. I have seen many agents who talk a lot to make an impression but Tushar was the first agent I saw who listened. This Shows that he has massive experience in the field & did not want to push his product but will wait and give time for the customers to take an informed decision. After we took a decision, he ensured that our sailing was smooth until finish line. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Tushar is by far the best real estate agent I have come across in the last 15 years dealing with various agents. His speed at work, his passion and dedication is remarkable. He is very honest and an amazing gentleman to deal with. Highly recommended anybody to engage with Tushar for all your buying and selling in Real Estate.

Tushar knew the market and read it well. He applied this to get the best result in selling our property. The timing was great as we sold in time and got an upgrade after all. Thanks Tushar

Tushar sold our property few months ago and now helping us to buy another one in the same area. He is very humble and decent guy. Very professional with his service and knows the market really well. Call him if you need help. Thanks
