We had a difficult tenant to work around, and he was respectful to her needs which meant she would comply with the processes needed for photos, styling, inspections etc. He also found a buyer in a short time, and was very communicative through the process. The property ended up at a marginally higher final price due to the changes in the market, but Mark was spot on.
