Mark was very honest with us from the very first meeting. He listened to our requirements and provided excellent feedback based on facts from past sales and experience. He didn't give false expectations but rather assured us that he will try very hard to meet our sale figure. He explained the process and associated costs articulately. He called after every open house and provided a summary on how it went. A report summary was emailed to us weekly documenting the calls taken by staff of potential buyers interested in the property and thoughts after open house. Overall the service was excellent.
