So as an older customer struggling with apps and emails, I actually asked, if I could review Mark (and his entire team), because I felt I just had to. I don’t know why, but I had a negative expectation of any Real Estate agent, so I guess, that makes be questionable and bias. The night I met Mark, he strode into my house and within 10 seconds, put me at ease, and a genuine friendship and mutual respect grew, from there. There is no doubt about his professionalism and it flows to every member of his team. Even the drone flyer was amazing. Strangely, I was caught up in the actual science and psychology of the entire process from start to finish. My humble opinion of their greatest skill, in my mind, is undoubtedly communication.
