The house was sold within a week of being put up for sale and we got top price for it so we were super happy about that. Just didn't like the fact that after a storm the agents were being pushy for the buyers to go look at the house, coincidentally saying one partner hadn't seen it. When we made the decision to sell our home, we contacted three different agents to give us an appraisal. Mark is extremely personal and very knowledgable about the local market. He did his homework thoroughly and compared similar houses in our area but he was the only one to see the unique qualities and characteristics of our home and the potential it had on the market. His appraisal ended up being $150K above the appraisals of the other real estate agents. When we decided to sign with Mark, he sat us down and explained all the real estate terminology and how the selling process works.
