Mark Thornton sold the property we purchased. This sale was transacted via auction. During the lead up to this we found him to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable and forthcoming with what to expect come auction day. Consequently we chose Mark to sell our house. This was our first family home - a gorgeously renovated character Californian bungalow. Much loved but with three young children we were rapidly outgrowing it. Mark’s market knowledge impressed us and he was on the same page as us with expectations of what we believed the property could sell for. The first open house saw a promising 20+ groups step through our front door. Unfortunately this promise was short lived with COVID-19 restrictions being put in place days later.
