Mark and his assistant Letichia have been so helpful throughout the whole sale process. We are first home buyers and our parents are involved with buying process and have had many, many obscure questions which Mark & Letichia have happily answered and investigated for us promptly. When the house was first listed we had given up finding a suitable house for 2019, but out of the blue we received a email filled with pictures about the property and a request to go and view it. We happily obliged and we fell in love! The whole sale process including organising times for the building and pest report was made so easy with Mark. We managed to get the sale through on the 24th December, which made for an amazing and exciting Christmas! As our families are from interstate and were visiting over the Christmas break we reached out to Mark and asked for an inspection to show our families our dream home. He was more than happy to help us and take us through the house even though he was actually on holidays himself. We are really impressed with his attention to detail, his friendly and helpful demeanour and expert knowledge of the area.
