Re: 12 Henderson Place sale, Mark was dealing with a an estate, his Negotiation and communication skills between all parties being beneficiary's, Trustee and Family Member that was managing the property at the time of sale was outstanding in all aspects of the sale process. And to top it off at Auction he was able negotiate $70,000 above the reserve at Auction. So overall it was considered a clean and beneficial sale process by all parties concerned that we feel that would not have been achievable without out Mark's marking skills, we refer him onto any potential clients that would be looking for a professional real estate agent.
