Same town house in the same complex with less feature in almost same time was sold 20k higher in price. I felt his customer database is much less than other agents for the medium range properties. During the process, we were given the impression of bad market, flaws in property mentioned as customers feedback.. etc. Which makes your motivation lower to settle it with lower price. He planned for auction- where he didn’t get any customers- even after such indications he didn’t cancel the auction and ruined 800 AUD for no reason.
