In my view it is very important to start the project with those professionals whom you can trust to have transparent discussions. Team Nayak has a bunch of professionals with outstanding expertise in real estate market. From day 1 Amit Nayak helped/guided me to do everything so well before they put the property in the market. While the property was in the market they kept me well informed with all the interactions they had with buyers. Amit regularly discussed their strategy to make sure both parties are on the same page. Their database/contacts is way beyond what we can think of. They reach out to all possible buyers who could be the possible future owner. My property got SOLD just after two open homes(2 weeks).
