Amit has been fantastic and very proactive during the full sale process from day 1. He was very patient despite our high demands and gave us his feedback and suggestions throughout. He has been immensely helpful even after the sales process guiding us through the settlement. You can definitely count on him and we highly recommend him to get your house sold.

Amit and his team had a good process to ensure our Qs and concerns were addressed through the partnership. They worked well with us to understand our expectations and ensured the final sale was in line with what we had communicated. They pulled through, in spite of the increasing lockdown restrictions in Sydney, which we are very thankful for.

I have bought my first property from Amit and it has really positive experience. Always response on my queries and very professional. I would recommend Amit and his team for any property deal. Thank you Amit.

Witnessing his Auctions in my neighborhood and his result-driven strategies, he was undoubtedly the agent of choice. Throughout the process of selling he was completely transparent on his strategy and always kept us in the loop through his thorough communication. He and his team has been pleasure to work with and I would recommend Amit to anyone who wants to sell their property.

I would like to thank Amit for doing such a wonderful job on selling my house. From the first day we met, at my market appraisal, his cheerful nature made me feel very comfortable and at ease, at a time when I was taking a very big step into the next chapter of my life. His approach to selling my house and his knowledge of the local area was wonderful. During the process he kept me up to date with everything that was happening. When Covid hit, and we all went into lockdown, he continued to conduct appointments in a very safe and professional way. His determination and fight got me the best possible price I could have ever dreamed of. I can’t say Thankyou enough. Again, Thankyou Amit

Fabulous service & efforts by Amit with great market knowledge..thank you

Hi Since I have decided to sell my property I’m observing a lot of auctions and I decided to sell my property with McGrath parramatta. The way they advertised and represent my property was amazing. I got my expected sale price within a reasonable time frame. Thanks to team McGrath. All the very best team McGrath.
