I lost $119000 selling my property through Amit Nayak. I have been Manipulated, Brain Washed, and Mislead continuously during my sale process. Even after giving all proof, Raywhite did not resolve my issue. Whole experience was stressful, was frustration, also affected my health. Amit continuously lied to us that we will achieve premium price upto $950000 & asked her to spend $4000 on Marketing. Day before auction Auction meeting has been arranged with auctioneer where we have been brain washed to reduce the reserve. Realestate code conduct not followed, privacy has been breached. Don’t trust Amit, Get it everything in writing before you sale anything with him. He will smile and fool you. If you want to sale your property in loss & want stress the best place is Amit Nayak. I have to take help from Fair Trading to resolve my issue as Amit Nayak is not responding.
