I was buying a apartment at westmead and Amit provided an excellent service right from beginning by keeping us informed about the open homes within my criteria, working professionally and negotiations for reasonable pricing. He provided all the required documents regarding the property like strata AGM reports and inspection reports as agreed. He scheduled special home inspection late evening just before cooling off period ended on my request.
