Everything Amit said he would do, he did. From the very beginning we found Amit to be an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Amit sold our unit very quickly and we found the whole process to be handed professionally and hassle free, and we were kept informed the whole way through. We would highly reccomend Amit to anybody looking to sell their home. Amit is the best Real Estate Agent in Western Sydney. Thank you Amit!

Being a true Sales person he is, he hasnt let us down in his attitude and work ethic whilst dealing with our property. I have always found him diligent in his work to inform us of market situation to ensure the sale time is minimum. I would highly recommend for his professionalism and work ethic.

It was a rewarding experience having had Amit work on our behalf for the sale of our property despite the circumstances of a difficult market. He was clear, concise and succint in conveying information as regards his plans for the best sale price possible. His marketing strategies were thorough and detailed. He had an understanding as to what stage of life we were at and tried to match our needs. Always pleasant to deal with and had a good listening and always readily addressed any of our concerns. Easy to contact him during the time our property was under his care. He did not apply any pressure on us to sell and always gave us space to be where we were at, while trying to point out the reality of a declining market. All in all, the end feeling is that he tried his level best to represent us in getting the best possible price for our house. Felt instintively after our first meeting that he was a trustworthy real estate agent/broker and after the sale completed, the feeling was no different. Glad we made a good choice of a real estate agent. May he continue his good work and benefit a lot more vendors like us! Great work Amit!

We were so fortunate to have Amit Nayak as our agent. Amit worked hard since the day one of our home being on the market and I give him a 10/10 for professionalism, Local market knowledge and customer service. From start to finish he communicated how everything would work and kept us updated throughout the process. His calm nature, understanding and experience in mediating between us and the Buyer delivered both parties the price and outcomes wanted. I absolutely recommend Amit to anyone looking to sell or buy property !!!

We were really nervous because we were buying our first property but Amit provided us all the help and made the process clear to us. We would highly recommend him.

Amit was very professional during the entire process of the sale of our property. The pre-auction campaign was run well with good marketing support and number of open house sessions. Although we did not have a positive outcome during the auction process, Amit continued to look for potential buyers. Amit found the right purchaser within few weeks and managed to get a very good price for our property. I am very pleased with Amit and the service offered by RW Parramatta /Oatlands

"BEST agent in Wentworthville! Amit is fantastic agent and would highly recommend to anyone looking to Sell or Buy. From the first meeting to close of sale, in approx 3 to 4 weeks Amit provided excellent service and honest advice right through the process. Frequent calls, regular email updates and even a few visits to my home were all appreciated and kept us in the loop. Amit was extremely personable, professional and making time throughout the process. We achieved a great result for our property and a lot of that goes down to the hard work Amit put in marketing and consultation throughout the process. Thank you Amit for all your hard work.

Amit is a honest real estate agent who just does not work on behalf of vendor but also helps the buyers...He actively liaises with the vendor to address the buyer's concerns and thus creates a win win situation for vendor and buyer...Amit is honest and reasonable in all his dealings and maintains transparency...I strongly recommend future buyers to engage Amit as their real estate agent.

We bought our first home through Amit Nayak and like every first home buyer we had millions of questions at every step but Amit was patient and very professional to deal with! His customer service skills are outstanding and the overall experience was fantastic! Would highly recommend him.

Amit has been very professional through out this whole experience. He prides himself on his local knowledge, and is a firm believer in the process. The level of support and communication provided during this sale process, is 2nd to none. I highly recommend Amit for anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Westmead/Wentworthville region.

I was extremely satisfied to work with Amit Nayak. He has a thorough understanding of the local market and has very strong negotiation and persuasion skills, all of which was essential in securing a sale of our property. I also find him to be a very nice and friendly gentleman.

Amit Nayak is very professional, enthusiastic and a hardworking agent. He has a high level of communication and a very extensive knowledge of the market. If you need your property sold he is the agent to do it!
