We are really happy with Shahbaj's work. Not only he is efficient, professional but also very patient listening to our needs. Shahbaj took time to show us all the important parts that will help with the home open which then brought great results. We have recommended Shahbaj to family and friends and definitely will use his service again in the future.

Shahbaj is the best real estate agent in Perth. Recently we sold our property in Seville Grove, even with the high-interest rates we received the best offer above the expectation that we have in mind in a very short time period. He is professional made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful I wouldn’t work with anyone else! I will be looking forward to buying the next property soon from RayWhite with Shahbaj. Thank you once again.

Sharbaj has shown his capacity for negotiation, attention to detail and flexibility throughout an unforseen longer than normal process. His capacity to stay the course and confidence in the outcome has been a great support.

Shahbaj has been absolutely incredible throughout the sale of our house. From start to finish nothing has been too hard and he has gone above and beyond for us. Would recommend Shahbaj to anyone looking to sell!

Throughout the sale of my home, Shahbaj has been nothing short of exceptional. Shahbaj is honest, very efficient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. He managed to secure a rather quick sale on a home that other realtors couldn’t, and at my asking price. I’m incredibly grateful for Shahbaj, and I highly recommend his services.

A very professional and friendly Real Estate Agent, would definitely recommend, thank you Shahbaj!

Shahbaj sold our property recently and I can't speak highly enough of his service. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, which shows in his ethic and commitment to look after his vendors.

It was truly a pleasure and a seamless experience in dealing with Shahbaj with regards to the sale of our investment property.Shahbaj’s marketing knowledge was exceptional and he was able to answer all our questions. He was honest ,friendly and about all we were very impressed with his dedication and tireless efforts in securing the best possible outcome. Shahbaj we greatly appreciated your remarkable service and exceeded our expectations.

Shahbaj played immense role in convincing me and helping me to buy the house Few words better than 1000 Shahbaj is professional, respectable, thoughtful and dedicated saler

From the moment we met with Shahbaj, we knew that he was the right person to sell our house. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the market and took the time to clearly explain his strategy - but he acknowledged that a lot of love, effort and detail had gone in to the recent renovations and that this was more than ‘another house’ to sell - it was our well loved family home of 17 years - and therefore he wanted to get us the best possible outcome. Shahbaj was open and honest with us and gave us constructive feedback prior to putting our house on the market and the communication from both himself and Julie (his Client Services Manager) were outstanding. We would recommend Shahbaj to any person, family member or friend looking to put their house on the market and are delighted with the outcome of our sale. Thank you Shahbaj, Julie and the Ray White South Perth Team for a job very well done.

Shahbaj was highly recommended by a friend. Very friendly and professional agent. The house was sold in the first weekend on the market and he achieved the price I was hoping for. He handled everything from start to finish and was very efficient. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. Would recommend Shahbaj to anyone looking to sell.
