Shaahbaj was upfront about every aspect of the selling of our property. We had a few issues with tennant and he was very understanding an considerate. The sale took 6- 8 weeks and he was on the ball lasing with seller, buyer an tennant. So brilliant job and sold for more than original appraisal. Well done Sharbaj. Thsnk you. Glenn & jan Mitchell.

Me and Wife were very impressed with Shahbaj professionalism and work ethics in relation to time management , promptness and the politeness in sales discussion. He sold the house for more than what we expected and on the first home view. He understand the market and seller's needs and matches them very well. We were very happy doing business with Shahbaj and he was also helpful in finding the right contractors to improve the house to meet the sales requirement.

From the moment we met Shahbaj we felt at ease. Shahbaj has a great understanding of the real estate market and works very closely with you to ensure you get the very best service. His communication is outstanding. A true professional and we would highly recommend him.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Shahbaj to any prospective seller or buyer of a property Shahbaj is very easy to deal with. His knowledge of markets in the property market are very good From our initial contact with him, the whole process was very seamless, he sold our property on the first home open. He responds to your call promptly and nothing is too much trouble for him. Very satisfied customers

Shahbaj is very professional, and delivers the best results. He was very hard working and constantly kept us up to date in the sale of our property, and I recommend him 100%.

We contacted Shahbaj to sell our property for us because we noted from looking at the real estate websites that he was actively working in our area and represented many sellers. We also noted that a lot of these homes sold in a short period of time. We approached Shahbaj to sell our home and he came to see us immediately. He had many helpful suggestions on how to present our property and was very knowledgeable on pricing in the area and we were happy to be guided by his experience. We were very happy with the exposure that the property received and the updates from Shahbaj after each home open or viewing. Shahbaj was very approachable and always answered or returned calls or emails. We would recommend Shahbaj to anyone wanting to sell their property.
