As a buyer do be aware that no Real estate agent is on your side represent the seller. \ Mr Brar used high pressure tactics and resisted getting a full inspection of a thirty year old property. He hid behind a standard REIWA contract that meant that after raising our offer when the Building inspection revealed flaws in the ceiling and other major defects we were unable to renegotiate the price. We were a cash buyer and the communications from Mr Brar were often brief and always on the side of the seller. We suffered a loss of around 30k in costs of rectification of the property . As a buyer be very wary of Mr Brar as it looks like he is looking at the number of sales he can make rather than providing a quality service. Buyers do your due diligence before making offers on any property that Mr Brar lists given our unfortunate experience
