Exceptional Service and Support: Cedie Went Above and Beyond as My Buyer's Agent
Cedie from Barry Plant served as my buyer's agent, and his kindness and understanding made the negotiation process smooth and advantageous for everyone. He went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing the property while also safeguarding his vendor's interests in case the contract fell through. Balancing the benefits for both the vendor and buyer is quite challenging, but Cedie managed it exceptionally well. He also continued to provide advice after the settlement, for which I am very grateful. If I ever decide to sell my property, I would definitely choose Cedie as my vendor's agent.
