Tim navigated the way through the sale process smoothly and coordinated the conveyancer Tschirpig in a timely manner. The only disconcerting hiccup was in the buyer’s bank valuation (at a very late stage in the process being $20000 less the buyer’s offer ) The buyer’s offer was the figure we were focused on and satisfied with. With the national house price trend looking like rising we now have to lower expectations of what we will be able to buy in the Geelong area
