I found it very easy to deal with Tim! He was only ever a phone call or email away and we never had to wait very long at all to hear back from him. The seller was already set on a price and wouldn't budge which was disappointing but when you love a home and have been looking for a while you have to reach some sort of agreement. My partner and I were excited to be buying our first ever home! So when we decided it was time to put an offer in, we were a little upset with what our house was advertised at to what the seller actually wanted. This was a bit misleading. Other than that everything else went quiet smoothly!

Tim has extensive knowledge of mid-range properties in the Darwin region and was very honest with the state of the Darwin market and the potential of selling our property within a down market. Tim worked tirelessly to ensure the property was shown to as many prospective buyers and always acted with professionalism and integrity. Tim has the ability to adapt his communication strategy/style dependent on the potential buyer’s circumstances and past experiences. On occasions, we as the vendors felt that Tim acted more so in the best interest of the prospective buyer than the vendor. Given we all live in a fast passed environment and time is a luxury, Tim often resorted to text messages as his primary communication and although this is an efficient strategy, some matters can be lost in translation and better suited to a verbal discussion. Overall we were more than happy with the services we received from Tim and would highly recommend Tim as a sound agent with great knowledge of the Darwin market.
