When selling a property, you sometimes wonder who the agent is really working for, however with Andrew, those thoughts never entered my mind. I can honestly say I have never experienced such a high degree of professionalism and dedication as I experienced with Andrew. One of his most admirable characteristics is doing exactly as he promises. Specifically putting me first, and providing regular updates and guidance. His appreciation of the local market coupled with his honesty and integrity allowed to be compeltely comfortable with the entire sales process. His skills and knowledge of the more finer points of selling really shone through when needed. Andrew kept me abreast of all interactions, was pro-active in actioning items, following up, scheduling additional opens, and contacting other parties for a smoother process. I needed further guidance along the way as circumstnaces changed, and Andrew was there for me at every step. He was responsive, supportive, and very transparent in all dealings. Andrew was able to secure a sale under some trying cirumstances. He even assisted with a clean up of the property after a cyclone had wreaked havoc in the area. I would have absolutley no hesitation in using Andrew again, and based on my experiences would recommend him highly.
