Kerri-Ann gave me a realistic appraisal of my property's market position and how I should and should not prepare the property for the market. The property sold for the asking price after the first opening. According to other agents' appraisals and the recent sale of another apartment in the block, the sale price was realistic - the quick sale was a result of having the right clients ready to buy and an accurate knowledge of the current market in Stuart Park. Kerri-Ann's advice and negotiating skills were brilliant and she constantly communicated with me on the progress of the negotiations and subsequent progress of the sale process.

I would recommend Kerri-Ann to anyone wanting to sell in the Darwin area, or even if you'd just like an honest appraisal, she won't mess you about. If you check, Kerri-Ann may appear to have only been in the real estate business for about a year, but is now back in the business after a break to run the RSPCA here in Darwin for a couple of years, in which time she kept her finger on the pulse. My last three homes have been sold by Kerri-Ann over a period of 14 or 15 years, and I recommend her highly. A very truthful agent, without the usual b.s.!
