He gave good advice on strategy and approach, clearly built up from years of experience. In addition, he helped with the comings and goings of tradesmen during a reno prior to the campaign, which was certainly above and beyond. Ultimately, he achieved a great outcome on the sale price and terms. I would hire Chad again without hesitation.
