Chad helped the reviewer sell this property

Fabulous agent

Throughout this process Chad has been wonderful. He has kept me informed all along the way and followed up with each potential buyer, often several times. My property was affected by not only WestConnex, but also by a falling property market. He managed to find the right buyer and negotiate a great price and conditions, given the state of the market. His advice was sound and even when I started to think that the property would never sell, his enthusiasm and belief in my property never waivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chad to anyone thinking of selling their property.
