Excellent service and excellent result

When we decided to sell our house we selected Ray White and instantly knew we were in good hands because of Chad’s impressive reputation. The journey from beginning to the end was seamless for us because we trusted Chad, let him carry out his strategy, and we then simply sat back and let him work his magic! From the start he explained the current market to us, what strengths he sees in our property, and what small improvements we can make in order to get the more bang for our buck! The end result was nothing short of brilliant. Our auction greatly exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled we chose Chad. The only downside now that the whole event is over, is that we are really going to miss Chad’ lovely warm nature, very respectful mannerism, and his exceptional hard work and professionalism. We cannot say enough great things about Chad, it was a pleasure working with him and wish him all the best in his future ventures.
