Chad had good knowledge of the area and farming land He found a block that had water and a creek that we had been looking for for a number of months It was a quick purchase There was a situation with a mainroads hyway widening that we didnt get infomation on which should have been passed on to us In fairness the Northampton Shire didnt pass it on or Did the settlement agent We should have done more due diligence
