Their initial presentation and followup was at a very high standard and instilled confidence they were professional in their approach. They are also very personable and that for us was an important element. Their presentation indicated they had researched the market well and and they provided a comprehensive marketing package that was well thought out and not over blown given the hot market at the time. They suggested not nominating a price with a closing date for offers which was a little nerve wracking for us but seemed the right option in the market at that time. Along the way they kept us well informed and worked the opportunity presented by us providing them with an unoccupied but “styled” home very well. They conducted numerous home opens and frequent private showings and the foot traffic was very good. They also provided some specific feedback on one issue highlighted by several people and even got their hands dirty helping us to resolve that which is damned good service. Along the way they filled several offers that while close to our desired position, had too many conditions attached and they advised us to hold our nerve through to the end date specified. On the closing date we were presented with I believe 4 offers, the highest and best of which we accepted at figure that we are more than happy with. Thanks Chadd and Charlie.
