Chadi helped the reviewer sell this property

The nicest real estate agent in town!

I originally met Chadi when we requested a property valuation for executive rental. He kindly offered a sales valuation option and he left a lasting impression. What a lovely, kind, knowledgeable agent and thankfully, not the usual 'aggressive' type. He was the perfect person to represent us when we decided to sell our much loved near-new home. Chadi kept us completely updated on sales enquiries, home open feedback, advertising campaigns.....and provided some much needed advice regarding negotiation strategies. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Chadi to any prospective seller. And thanks to all of the Bourkes team....a great bunch of people in the local community.
