Finding an agent to sell our house was initially a very difficult decision. We wanted someone who believed in our property as much as we did. We had initially consulted with 3 of the main agents in the Dundas Valley area. The thing that set House & Co apart was there passion for the area, their sales record and their commitment to achieving the best outcome for us $wise. Their unique commission structure showed us that they backed themselves to achieve the sales targets they initially discussed with us. For us this was a big deal as they had valued our property higher than the other two agents we were talking with. We have been wary of real estate agents talking up the value of properties to unachievable levels, but in this case, Chandelle and her team weren't just on the money, the sale price exceeded all of our expectations. We were thinking that, after taking them on as an agent, all the initial talk can give way to drip fed information and a push just to get the sale across the line. Nothing could be further from the truth with House & Co. Their professionalism came to the fore once the marketing program commenced. We were given relevant phone call and email updates from the team and kept abreast of every development with regards to bidding n the property. Most of all we liked the fact that at no time did we feel pressured to commit to sale. The team at House and Co were prepared to persevere with the weekly open house e.t.c. without once attempting to push us into offloading the property prematurely. There aren't many times in my life I give full star ratings for anything as I believe there should always be room for improvement.
