I imagine it would be unusual to say that a Sellers Agent could also be in the corner of the Buyer, but that was my experience with Chanel. Her open communication, willingness to follow up on any and all questions and keeping me (unprompted) up to date on pre-purchase items requiring resolution was second to none and made what could have been a stressful settlement process, a relative walk in the park. Would absolutely invite Chanel to family dinner (and work with her again!).
