Chanelle was recommended by a previous neighbour who had sold through her and overall we were happy with her help in getting our property sold at a price that exceeded our expectations. Overall, good knowledge of the area but at 4Br, our house is a bit of an oddity as they turnover irregularly so the early phases were a little bit of a discovery for everyone but Chanelle was very patient. We actually got the upper end of our original price bracket but when 2 other 4 Br properties within 400 meters came onto the market at the same time, we had to rethink our plan along the way. Communication was my only concern - all was good at the setup, marketing and sale/contract signing but apart from a letter, we really didn't hear much until the last days before settlement, apart from Vendor information requests. This is the first property we had sold for sometime so we were a bit nervous waiting to see if the Vendor's house sale (a condition of the contract) was completed and a bit more hand holding would have been appreciated. But.....we did get the top of our original price range and possibly a little (2.5% more than I expected). I'd recommend Chanelle and I do recommend their photography and dusk photos.
