From start to finish, Chantel from Ray White was an amazing agent to work with. As I was working away, I was unable to meet with Chantel and other bodies to complete transactions relating to the purchase of my property and had to rely on her to manage most of these aspects on my behalf. All transactions were completed with docusign which was a very easy and efficient method to use. She informed me about other recommended bodies I could use as part of the process (conveyancers, building inspectors, handymen etc). I have been really happy and amazed at the efficiency of how all of these people have worked together in order to meet objectives in a timely manner. She made the whole process smooth, easy and enjoyable. On a personal note, Chantel is a lovely person who is friendly, approachable and professional.
