Chantelle started off well, she was quick to get the property listed and was communicating well. unfortunately the communications ceased and due ( I hope to age and inexperience ) seemed to focus her attentions to the buyer and not us... the seller who was paying her commission. She was quite rude to our solicitor which again i hope is due to age & inexperience. I have dealt with other agents and have sold a few properties and Chantelle has a lot to learn... She got the job done but really needs to work on her customer service.... Pick up the phone and talk to your clients....
