The only team that did their proper homework

Charan and his team was the best option in my suburb. They properly understood the area and market. While other agents provided very surface level information that was easily from google and real estate websites, Charan was the only one that was up to date with current developments in the area and gave me deep insights into how we were going to sell to best leverage the market. He was extremely communicative and I would highly recommend his expertise.
