Overall the service from Chari and his team was just excellent. Chari was always available and very responsive to our needs. Only a minor issues in photograph presentation of the property that required input from myself to address, but in saying this the alteration was addressed immediately. The market had a fall - correction at this time and while our initial price to achieve was around $670,000 we achieved just below $500,000. therefore our expectation was not met. But again we recognise the market fluctuations, the economic challenges for prospective buyers and the super human effort of the team required to achieve a sale. Well done to Chari and his team.
