We asked for an agent to come and give us advice on some renovations that we were doing. We didn't intend to sell for 2 years. Chari came that day had a look, asked why we wanted to wait 2 years and after telling him the reason he said that the market was great at the moment, interest rates were low and prices were high and that there would never be a better time to sell even telling us that he could find a buyer that would allow us to rent back for the 2 years that we didn't want to move.
