After being on the market 6 months (with no offers) I changed agents to Barry Plant after meeting with Chari and finding that he had that "go getter" attitude. My property was sold within 2 weeks after he proposed a different strategy to my previous agent. I was very happy with the activity he drummed up in those 2 weeks and that he negotiated a sale so quickly. At times, I felt some areas of communication could have been better but overall I was grateful for the outcome and Chari's efforts.

My experience with Chari was very positive as a buyer outside the state. His communication skills are fantastic, he kept in regular contact for follow up, and negotiates very well. He was extremely helpful once i bought the property too with some services i needed to assist me after so i think this is really important to have as well which he did without hesitation.

After Buxton realestate stuffed me around and didnt sell me house at Auction I still gave them a few months to sell my house. Months went on by with not even an offer. Not many people do this. But guess what Iv sold my house because my agent was 110% commited to sell my house. Who knows if he didnt answer this lady might have not brought my house.
