I had been monitoring the market for some time as I often do and had noticed for quite some time that Chari was selling 9/10 of the properties that were similar to ours. Having never dealt with Chari prior I initially just called him to 'pick his brains' about the market and particularly our property. After briefly talking to him I quickly realised that this man seriously knew his stuff about our area and poised a confidence that I was yet to come upon. For the first time we found ourselves in a position to sell our property for a price that we had actually been chasing.
